The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for operating various heavy machinery to support construction and site development activities. This role requires a strong focus on safety compliance and effective communication to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols
- Prepare sites by clearing, grading, and leveling
- Handle and transport loads as needed
- Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance
- Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment operation
