Seeking an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our leadership team as a Rehab Director in our beautiful senior community in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.
This leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee clinical excellence, mentor therapy staff, and positively impact residents across short-term rehab, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living settings.
Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in Wisconsin
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in senior care, rehab, or SNF settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and team development
