Registered Nurse – RN – Flexible Schedule For over 60 years, St. Anne Home, a ministry of the Felician Sisters of North America, has been committed to offering superior health care services to the senior members of our community. We are seeking to hire a Registered Nurse – RN – Flexible Schedule.

• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus*
• Work 2 x 12-hour Day Shifts and 1 x 12-hour Night Shift.
• Self-scheduling to an extent.
• $38 - $42 per hour based on experience.

Registered Nurse – RN – Flex Schedule Qualifications:

• Current PA RN - Registered Nurse licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Open to covering nights as needed during vacations and special circumstances.
• Minimum two weekends per month as needed; Rotating Holidays.

Registered Nurse – RN – Flex Schedule Job Summary:

• Assist in assessment and care planning for residents.
• Assist in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units.
• Regular rounding on nursing units.
• Facilitate communication between nursing aides, licensed nurses and

providers. * Assure complete and accurate documentation through spot-checking and on-going supervision. * Consult with Unit Managers in the provision of continuity of care to residents.
