Job Description

The Concrete Laborer plays a vital role in supporting construction projects by preparing and handling concrete materials, setting forms, and maintaining a safe and organized worksite. Working closely with a small team, the laborer reports to the Site Supervisor and frequently travels between job sites to ensure project efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Mix concrete accurately according to specifications
• Set and secure forms for concrete placement
• Prepare and maintain construction sites for concrete work
• Handle and transport materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain and clean tools and equipment regularly
• Perform site cleanup to ensure safe work environments
• Comply with safety regulations and protocols
• Collaborate effectively with team members of 3-5 people
• Load and unload construction materials as needed
• Assist with operation of basic and specialized concrete tools

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction labor
• Proficient in concrete mixing and form setting
• Ability to perform site cleanup and maintenance
• Physical stamina to perform demanding outdoor labor
• Adherence to safety standards and compliance
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of equipment operation
