Summary The Client Advisor is responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional, personalized service to clients on the sales floor. The role emphasizes building and maintaining client relationships, product knowledge, and contributing to overall store performance and merchandising standards. Responsibilities Exceed personal sales goals and contribute to team sales performance. Develop and apply comprehensive product knowledge to support the sales process. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, including follow-up and after-sales support. Collect and update client information to tailor future interactions. Support visual merchandising and maintain store displays in line with guidelines. Collaborate with store leadership to execute action plans and identify opportunities to improve sales and operations. Requirements 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools. Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
