Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Needed

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.
