Registered Dietitian - Freehold, NJ We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our team at Allaire Rehab & Nursing, a leading provider of hotel-style healthcare in Freehold, NJ. Our 174-bed center is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and therapy to young individuals with neurological impairment. About the Role: As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a vital role in our interdisciplinary healthcare team, responsible for designing and implementing personalized nutrition plans that promote optimal health and well-being for our residents. You will work closely with our healthcare team to develop and implement meal plans that meet the unique needs of each resident, ensuring that they receive the nourishment they need to thrive. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough nutritional assessments of residents to identify individualized dietary needs Design and implement personalized meal plans that meet the resident's unique nutritional requirements Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement nutrition programs that promote optimal health and well-being Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition plans and make adjustments as needed Educate residents, their families, and healthcare staff on proper nutrition and meal planning Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident progress and develop comprehensive care plans Requirements: Diploma or degree in Dietetics or related field from an accredited institution Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) Minimum 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred Strong patient-centered care skills and ability to work with diverse populations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why Work with Us: At Allaire Rehab & Nursing, we value our employees as the backbone of our organization.
