Responsibilities

• Maintain the health and appearance of lawns for commercial and residential properties.
• Diagnose and treat common turf issues, recommending and implementing effective solutions.
• Safely and effectively apply granular and liquid lawn treatments, including fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides.
• Manage proper usage of lawn care products.
• Operate and transport landscaping equipment such as riding mowers, trimmers, blowers, spray trucks, sprayers, and turf spreaders.
• Maintain and clean lawn care equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Keep accurate records of all lawn care applications and treatments performed.
• Aerate and seed lawns according to company procedures.
• Assist with maintaining and cleaning the facility and grounds.
• Conduct final inspections of lawns to ensure work meets company quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete assignments efficiently and thoroughly.
• Maintain a professional, neat, and positive appearance at all times.
• Maintain a clean and safe company vehicle.
• Assist with training new team members.
• Provide courteous and professional service to clients, upholding the company’s reputation for quality and reliability.
• Comply with all State Agricultural requirements.
• Follow all PPE and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds throughout the day.
• Experience operating standard landscaping machinery.
• Ability to navigate and tow a trailer.
• Consistent and dependable attendance record.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to work efficiently, follow directions, and complete assignments thoroughly.
• Knowledge of lawn, plant, and turf care best practices.
• Team-oriented with flexibility to work with various crews.
