NICU Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to our patients. This position requires expertise in handling critical situations and collaborating with a healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the NICU setting.Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care.Educate family members about neonatal care and support.Document all patient care activities accurately and timely.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of NICU nursing experience.Proficient in Epic electronic health record system.Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Valid Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.Experience with travel assignments in nursing roles.Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.Work ScheduleThis position requires availability for night shifts, specifically 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00.Additional InformationLocal candidates are encouraged to apply.
