Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 12:00 PM to Close
Full-Time | 4-Day Workweek | No Weekends
Shanker Beverage Company is looking for a dependable, hardworking Full-Time Warehouse Order Picker to join our team.

At Shanker Beverage Company, hard work and reliability are noticed. We believe in promoting from within, and strong employees have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and advance within the company.
Why Shanker Beverage Company?
Shanker Beverage Company has been serving Mid-Michigan since 1933. As a 5th-generation, family-owned beverage distributor, we combine the stability of a 90+ year company with the culture and respect of a family-owned business.
We represent major brands including Prime, Faygo, LaCroix, Essentia, VOSS, Sparkling Ice, Absopure, Calypso, and more.
We're a team-first company where dependable employees are valued, hard work is recognized, and many of our best opportunities are filled by people already on our team.

- Build stable, well-balanced pallets and properly wrap product
- Prepare and load product for delivery routes
- Verify product counts and order accuracy
- Replenish inventory as directed
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards
- Follow all warehouse safety and lifting procedures
This is a physical job. You must be able to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs and spend your shift standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving product.

- Stable, long-term employer serving Mid-Michigan since 1933
We're Looking for Someone Who Wants to Stay and Grow
We're not looking for someone who simply wants their next job. We're looking for someone who will show up, work hard, take pride in doing the job correctly, and become a valuable part of our team.
If you're dependable, experienced in warehouse work, and want a stable position with a four-day workweek, great benefits, and room to advance , we'd like to meet you.
