Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your core responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• An active and independent license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A master's or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on compassion and empathy towards clients.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively within a remote work context.

• No history of disciplinary actions related to professional licensure, ensuring the highest ethical standards in treatment.
