Job Title Zephyrhills & Dade City, Florida - Pulmonology Company AdventHealth Location Zephyrhills & Dade City, Florida Job Overview AdventHealth Zephyrhills and AdventHealth Dade City are seeking an experienced Board-Certified Pulmonologist . The physician will cover the hospital 25% of the time, and the rest of the time will focus on building clinic and procedures for the new lung nodule program. The current team consists of 2 pulmonologists that focus on critical care coverage and pulmonology consults in the hospital. AdventHealth has an Intuitive ION system. Practice Description The West Florida Division Medical Group continues to grow rapidly to meet the needs of the communities we serve. Over the last six years, we’ve nearly tripled in size with a projection to grow to 835 providers by the end of 2025. With the addition of AdventHealth Port Charlotte, we span a broad geography in eight counties, with practices in Charlotte, Hardee, Highlands, Hillsborough, Marion, Pasco, Pinellas and Polk counties as well as five Care Pavilions. Our providers represent 40 specialties and we care for one million patients annually. Responsibilities Provide 25% of hospital coverage, including on-call and procedural duties. Develop and lead clinic services and procedures for the new lung nodule program. Consult on pulmonology cases and collaborate with critical care team. Qualifications Board-Certified Pulmonologist. Experience with hospital-based practice and clinic development preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
