IT Specialist

IT Support SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will provide hands-on technical support across hardware, software, and ERP systems. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with experience supporting business-critical applications.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provide on-site IT support for end users, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network issuesTroubleshoot and maintain hardware and software systems across departmentsSupport business applications, including Microsoft Access databases and the Fourth Shift ERP systemWrite and run SQL queries, troubleshoot table relationships, and assist with reportingAssist with user setup, system permissions, and IT onboarding/offboardingLiaise with third-party vendors and consultants as neededMonitor system performance and support IT security practicesContribute to ongoing IT initiatives and system improvementsCompensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.Benefits: We offer comprehensive benefits to include health, and an incentive recognition bonus (all benefits are based on eligibility).Skills/Qualifications:or a related technical roleProficiency with Microsoft Access, SQL, and general business application supportExperience with Fourth Shift ERP or a similar manufacturing ERP platform is strongly preferredWorking knowledge of networking, Windows environments, and basic system administrationAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsBackground in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plusLocation: On-site in Putnam, CT Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday
