This is a remote, full-time, B2B Sales Representative role based in the Pacific Northwest. The Sales Representative (Project Manager) is responsible for identifying client needs, building and maintaining strong business relationships, and promoting Trillium Construction's staffing services.

Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new business opportunities, following up on leads, managing and growing existing accounts, and negotiating service agreements. This role works closely with internal recruiting and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction while consistently achieving sales goals.

This is a fully remote position focusing on sales in the Seattle region, but also including parts of ID and OR. Pay is $35,000$40,000 base salary with uncapped commission potential. There is long-term growth and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications -High school diploma or equivalent -Proven track record of success in sales and negotiation -Experience in business development, account management, or growing a client portfolio is a plus -Strong communication and relationship-building skills -Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized with strong time-management skills -Comfortable using CRM tools, reporting systems, and basic office software -Familiarity with the construction and/or staffing industry is a plus -Previous staffing experience is preferred.
