Stonewall Plaza in Winchester, VA is hiring a Salon Manager. We take walk-ins and online check-in.

Set the tone for a team that runs on real systems. Weekday shifts 9A-2:30P or 2:30P-7P. Weekend shifts 9A-6P, plus an extra 1P-6P shift. $17.50/hr base plus tips, averaging $31.50-$41.50/hr total. 401(k). Product sales commission. Paid vacation, full-time and part-time. Employer-paid health insurance for this role.

What you bring to the team:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
• A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
