Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Augusta, Georgia. This role involves providing direct patient care within the labor and delivery department, supporting obstetric and maternal health services. The position requires adherence to clinical standards and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated. RN - Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact; BLS - Basic Life Support or American Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support Instructor; NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program or American Red Cross Neonatal Advanced Life Support or NRP-P - NRP-Provisional (180 Days) within 180 Days or NRP-I - NRP - Instructor; ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support or American Red Cross Advanced Life Support or ACLS-I - ACLS - Instructor or ACLS-P - ACLS-Provisional (180 Days) within 180 Days; Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience; Completed accredited/approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours.
• Preferred Qualifications: Ability to read, write, and speak English; proficiency in utilizing clinical technology and basic computer skills; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to respond decisively and respectfully in emergency situations; excellent time management; strong critical thinking and evidence-based practice skills.
