Help transform raw inputs into high‑performance adhesives on our Hotmelt lines. We’re hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift and offer shift differential pay.

What you’ll do

• Read work orders/formulas to determine materials, sequence, and process steps.
• Weigh ingredients precisely, adjust to target weights, and charge vessels in order.
• Start and observe machines, stop for issues, and alert the supervisor to malfunctions.
• Log batch time/temperature and maintain accurate records (weights, product type, dates, batch numbers).
• Transfer staged materials to production/storage and keep perpetual inventory current with drum markings and scans.
• Inspect materials, in-process product, and containers at each step.
• Cross-train across the production line; clean area, tools, machines, and equipment; perform other duties as needed.

What you bring

• Safety-first mindset; consistent PPE use and adherence to procedures.
• English communication adequate to read, write, and speak on the job.
• Willingness to learn scan gun use for inventory control.
• Ability to lift 55 lb bags repeatedly and stand/walk/bend/ascend stairs throughout an 8-hour shift; available for any shift.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Comfort working in a hot, dusty, non-climate-controlled environment.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ongoing safety training participation; interest in Lean Manufacturing.
• Desire to learn safe forklift operation.
• High school diploma or GED.

Open shifts

2nd and 3rd shift roles in the Hotmelt department with shift differential pay.
