General Production Worker
We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks related to tire production, ensuring quality and efficiency in their duties.
Responsibilities
- Unload tires by hand.
- Load tires into chambers for quality purposes.
- Use a crow bar to remove rubber from rims.
- Pull tires from stock.
- Use work orders to guide tasks.
- Manually lift tires and place them on the mono-rail line.
- Remove tread from tires.
Essential Skills
- Experience in production and general labor.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds.
- Strong attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to take direction effectively.
- Experience in machine operation and packaging.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- References that highlight punctuality and attendance.
- Desire to work in a company with opportunities for upward mobility.
- Experience working independently in a manufacturing setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
