Validation Services Product Manager - Payments Trust & Safety

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in product management, business strategy, and/or management consulting.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, product design, and data analytics.
• Ability to build business cases and ROI models that show financial value for clients.
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative information to recommend strategic and tactical improvements to client experience and product adoption.
• Experience carrying out operational management and change-readiness activities.
• Good knowledge of established and emerging payment methods, such as ACH, wire transfers, disbursements, real-time payments, and cards.
• Proven ability to lead programs across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Preferred: Experience working in a complex, highly matrixed organization.
• Preferred: Proficiency in product development, design, and data analytics.

• Define product strategy and vision to deliver value to customers.
• Lead product discovery and market research, identify customer needs, and translate findings into the product roadmap.
• Develop business cases for strategic initiatives, quantifying the value of new or improved products.
• Establish and monitor product success measures, including cost, features and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Gather and analyze client concerns, changing needs, and market trends using client and competitive research, data analysis, internal feedback, and market reviews.
• Coordinate change management across functional partners and ensure compliance with the firms risk, control, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage timelines and dependencies, address blockers, ensure appropriate resourcing, and coordinate with stakeholders and functional partners.
