You lead the team, drive performance, ensure compliance, and create a consistent and high level experience for both customers and employees. You set the tone for the culture, hold the team accountable, and ensure the store operates efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with company standards.Is This You? If you are reading this thinking yep that is me, keep going.What You Will Be Doing Leading the Team Oversee hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members. Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and performance management. Build and maintain a strong, positive, and accountable team culture.Driving Store Performance Own store KPIs including sales, AOV, UPT, and overall performance. Analyze results and implement strategies to improve performance. Ensure team is aligned and working toward store goals.Managing Operations Oversee scheduling, staffing, and labor management. Ensure smooth and efficient day to day operations. Maintain strong communication across all levels of the team.Maintaining Compliance and Inventory Ensure all regulatory and company compliance standards are met. Oversee inventory accuracy, audits, and processes Maintain an audit ready environment at all times.Partnering with Company Leadership Communicate performance, challenges, and opportunities to leadership. Execute company initiatives and operational changes. Support growth and expansion efforts as needed.Total Compensation & BenefitsBase Pay $70,000 annual salaryAdditional Earnings Bonus potential up to $6,000per year Product testers valued around $3,600 per year Employee discount of 20 percent, estimated value around $900 per yearBenefits Health insurance with 50 percent company contribution, approximately $62 per month Dental insurance with 50 percent company contribution, approximately $13 per month Vision insurance fully covered, approximately $4 per monthPaid time off of 56, hours annually (accrued), approximately $1,884 in value Sick time off of 40, hours annually (accrued), approximately $1,346Estimated Total Compensation Approximately $84,678 per Year What We Are Looking For Previous General Manager or multi unit leadership experience preferred. Strong leadership, operational, and organizational skills. Ability to drive results and manage a full team. Comfortable holding accountability and making decisions.
