Full-Time Physical Therapist - Outpatient Therapy

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position with a strong possibility for extension.

Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking an open-minded and adaptable Physical Therapist to join our outpatient department. The ideal candidate will embrace our "Friends Healing Friends" approach within the community.

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments and evaluations of patients.
• Developing individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and functional goals.
• Implementing and adjusting treatment interventions.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintaining positive relationships with healthcare professionals and ancillary staff.
• Collaborating with team members to enhance patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

The successful candidate must hold a valid Physical Therapist license and be capable of treating a wide range of patients in an outpatient setting, with occasional responsibilities in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Swing.
