Aerotek is hiring Electrical & Mechanical Assemblers to join a fast-growing manufacturing company specializing in drives and transformers . Work in a team-oriented environment where your skills are valued and career growth is encouraged.

As an Assembler, you will work in teams of 2–4 to build and assemble high-quality electrical components:

• Read and interpret wiring schematics and blueprints
• Assemble structures using hand and power tools
• Perform point-to-point wiring and wire harnessing
• Install and assemble electronic drives and components
• Complete final assembly and quality checks

• Minimum 1 year of mechanical or electrical assembly experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and follow blueprints or wiring schematics
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset and reliability

Choose the schedule that works best for you:

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon–Thurs)
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Mon–Thurs)
• Weekend Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Fri–Sun)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.27 - $20.07/hr.
