This role is primarily a remote role, with occasional travel to either our PA or Ft. Lauderdale office.  Must be within commuting distance.

Primary Objectives/Job Description:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across relevant platforms.
• Create consistent, high-quality content that increases brand awareness and engagement.
• Develop content and creative assets for social media, email campaigns, websites, and other marketing   
channels.
• Build relationships with industry professionals, customers, and partners through social channels.
• Expand Tippy's presence on platforms where we currently have limited or no presence.
• Write and edit compelling copy for social media, blogs, websites, landing pages, emails/ marketing materials.
• Develop educational and thought-leadership content that positions Tippy as an industry leader.
• Build and manage strategic email campaigns and customer journeys.
• Use audience segmentation and automation to deliver more relevant and personalized messaging.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support customer communications and key initiatives.
• Design graphics and visual content for digital and print channels.
• Help maintain consistency across Tippy's messaging, tone, and visual identity.
• Contribute to new branding concepts and marketing campaigns.
• Support occasional video creation and editing.
• Manage and update website content. and create, launch, and manage landing pages. 
• Ensure digital content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with Tippy's brand and marketing goals.
• Create presentations, signage, handouts, promotional materials, and other event assets.
• Analyze results to identify opportunities for improvement, tracking campaign performance and key marketing metrics. 
• Research industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor marketing strategies.
• Identify emerging opportunities to strengthen Tippy's market presence and messaging. 
• Bring forward innovative ideas, trends, and best practices to continually evolve Tippy's marketing efforts. 
• Organize feedback and revisions and keep projects moving from concept through completion. 
• Prioritize multiple marketing and creative requests while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in marketing, content creation, communications, social media, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.  
• Exp with Mailchimp, HubSpot, Prezi, Vimeo, adobe, and PowerPoint preferred. 
• Experience creating content for social media, email, websites, and other digital channels. 
• A creative eye and strong understanding of branding and visual communication
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. 
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to bring new ideas to the table. 
• Comfortable using data and performance metrics to evaluate and improve marketing efforts. 
• Experience with graphic design, marketing platforms, email marketing tools, website content management, or video editing is a plus.
• Exp in Beauty or wellness industry a plus!
