Automotive Technician

We are a growing, family‑owned automotive repair business seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for a technician looking for a fresh start in a supportive, low‑pressure, and well‑organized work environment—without the stress often found in dealership settings.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose vehicle issues accurately and efficiently
Perform repairs across a wide range of makes and models
Conduct general maintenance and routine service
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Must provide your own basic hand tools (specialty tools and shop equipment provided)

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology
5+ years of automotive technician experience
ASE certifications (strongly preferred and highly valued)

Compensation

Pay is based on experience.
