Junior System AdministratorLooking to fill a Junior System Administrator position immediately. We are a leading Managed Services Provider located in Richardson, TX, that has been in business since 1992. We provide Managed IT Services, Cloud Services, Backup and Disaster Recovery Services, IT Consulting, VOIP Solutions and much more to clients across the country. We work with clients in many different industries and help tailor solutions to fit their exact needs.The Junior System Administrator will be joining a 40 person MSP and will work on a team of 15 other Jr System Administrators, System Administrators, and Network Engineers. The Junior System Administrator will split their time handling escalated tickets and working on projects. The Junior System Administrator will support Windows Servers, M365 administration, Datto, maintaining servers via Hyper-V, and cloud computing (Azure/AWS).*** Must have previous Managed Services experience ***Junior System Administrator Requirements:Experience with Windows 2012, 2016, 2019, & 2022 Server rolesOnsite installing, troubleshooting, and managing Microsoft products (Windows 10, 11, and MS Office application suite) as well as MacsExperience with M365Experience with Azure Entra IDThorough understanding of client/server applications architectureTroubleshoot skills and basic networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP, DNS, DHTP)Experience with ConnectWise Manage and Automate (Control is a plus)Junior System Administrator Benefits:Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance401(k) with company matchPTO, Sick Days, & Paid HolidaysTravel & Certification ReimbursementLaptop, Monitor & Phone reimbursementAbility to get promoted into hybrid WFH System Administrator position
