Schedule Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 4:45 PM Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:15 PM Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:15 PM Flexible part-time opportunities available within this schedule. What We Offer Competitive pay Supportive and experienced clinical team Modern technology and equipment Strong focus on patient care and clinical excellence Positive, team-oriented culture Growth and development opportunities Stable practice with an established patient base What We're Looking For Current Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license Passion for patient education and preventive care Positive attitude and team-first mindset Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Commitment to providing outstanding patient experiences Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Pennsylvania and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required) Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation CPR Certification Preferred Experience 0 years of clinical experience (open for entry-level) Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventive care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health Clinical needs as required by office Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year. A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre‑employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
