Overview We are actively recruiting a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater Cedar Park market to partner with our team and advance our mission. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and conduct psychotherapy across a broad spectrum of mental health conditions. Help clients define goals, gain insights, and engage in personalized, committed care. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for care coordination and provide crisis intervention when needed. Qualifications Fully licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar) in the state of Texas. Passion for high‑quality care and evidence‑based treatment. Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Proficiency with an EMR system and maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date electronic health records. Understanding of a wide range of mental health disorders and treatment modalities. Desire and ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions.
