DIRECT COMMUNICATIONS is seeking a tech-savvy individual for the Outside Fiber Plant (OSP) team in Maringouin, LA. You will troubleshoot internet, landline, and DSL issues, provisioning services and ensuring customers stay connected. Responsibilities include Tier 2 support, proactive monitoring, and assisting field technicians, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.
