Don't just take a job—be part of an extraordinary life!What You'll DoLead and assist with engaging activities, events, classes, outings, and special programs.Encourage resident participation and help create a welcoming, fun, and active community atmosphere.Assist with planning, setup, execution, and cleanup of programs and events.Accompany and assist with community outings and excursions.Maintain activity calendars and program records.Support a vibrant lifestyle program that promotes social connection, wellness, lifelong learning, and enjoyment.We're seeking someone who:Has a positive attitude and high energy.Is confident and competent leading groups and speaking in front of residents.Is flexible and willing to help wherever needed to ensure programs are successful.Enjoys building relationships and engaging with older adults.Can work independently while also being a strong team player.Is dependable, organized, and committed to providing excellent resident experiences.ScheduleThis position offers full-time hours with scheduling flexibility.
