As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue06:00 PM - 06:00 AMWed06:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Monitor access points and observe visitor, staff, and contractor activity, reporting unusual conditions and documenting incidents in accordance with site requirements. Maintain clear communication with site personnel, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, observations, and operational needs. Minimum Requirements: Hospital vaccinations are required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
