Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Dietary Cook PRN to join our team at Onyx Care of Jena. As a key member of our nutrition team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our patients. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality meals to patients in a timely and efficient manner

• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all sanitation and food safety standards

• Plan and implement special diets and menus as assigned by the Dietary Manager

• Collaborate with the Dietary Manager to ensure accurate menu planning and execution

• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff members

• Participate in inventory management and ordering of food and supplies

• Maintain accurate records and reports of food production and service

• Utilize creative and innovative approaches to menu planning and food preparation
