The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences, and has experience working in a full-service restaurant, hotel, or upscale bar environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards. Deliver exceptional guest service in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner. Recommend beverages and food pairings while promoting menu specials. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using the POS system. Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service regulations. Assist with inventory control, stocking, and bar setup/closing procedures. Work closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service. Qualifications 1-2 years of bartending experience (hotel or full-service restaurant preferred). Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic POS and cash-handling experience. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
