Community Physician Network is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our outpatient practice at the Southpointe clinic on the south side of Indianapolis, IN.

· No OB

· Outpatient only

· Electronic Medical Record system (Epic)

· Ancillary support services available (behavioral health, pharmacy, dietician, care navigation)

· Convenient office location near Community Hospital South

· Close proximity to excellent schools and neighborhoods

Board certified/board eligible in Family Medicine

Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
