Job Title: Traveling Construction Superintendent

Location: Southeastern United States (Travel Required)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Traveling Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial ground-up projects throughout the Southeastern United States . Knowledge and experience with Bib Box Retail and Self-Storage projects is desired. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive ground-up construction experience, as well as strong proficiency in Procore or other construction management software. This is a travel-based position requiring regular on-site presence at project locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manageand supervise all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
• Coordinatesubcontractors, materials, equipment, and inspections to meet schedule andquality standards.
• Ensurecompliance with all project specifications, building codes, and safetyregulations.
• Maintainproject documentation and daily reports through Procore orequivalent software.
• Communicateeffectively with project managers, clients, and field personnel.
• Proactivelyidentify issues or potential delays and implement corrective measures.
• Leadby example to promote a culture of safety, accountability, andcollaboration.
• Travelregularly to project sites throughout the Southeastern U.S.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction, including both ground-up and tenant improvement projects.
• Proventrack record managing complex builds from mobilization through closeout.
• Proficientwith Procore , Bluebeam , or similar construction managementtools.
• Strongknowledge of building systems, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination.
• Excellentcommunication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Abilityto read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• OSHA30 Certification preferred.
• Mustbe willing and able to travel extensively and remain on-site forproject duration.
