Assistant Preconstruction Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Preconstruction Manager to support our preconstruction team in delivering high-quality projects. In this role, you will assist in the planning and coordination of project bids, ensuring that all necessary documentation is prepared accurately and submitted on time. You will collaborate with project managers, estimators, and subcontractors to gather information, assess project specifications, and develop comprehensive cost estimates. Your strong analytical skills will be essential in evaluating project feasibility and identifying potential risks and opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational abilities, allowing you to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for maintaining project schedules, tracking submissions, and facilitating meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned throughout the preconstruction phase. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients, showcasing your ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively. A background in construction management or a related field, along with proficiency in relevant software and tools, will be advantageous in this fast-paced environment.
