Managing the credentialing process for healthcare providers, the full-time Facility Credentialing Specialist will work remotely to ensure accurate documentation submission, maintain relationships with credentialing partners, and monitor application statuses. Key responsibilities Manage the credentialing and recredentialing process for providers Collect, verify, and maintain required credentialing documentation Serve as the primary point of contact for credentialing-related inquiries from providers and facilities Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in facility credentialing Experience working with healthcare facilities and CVO/MSO offices Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Proficiency with credentialing software, databases, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
