What You'll Do

As a Guest Service Advisor , you’re the face of Lube X-press. You’ll lead our Best-in-Class Service , making sure every guest receives a fast, friendly, and honest experience while keeping their vehicle running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests and guiding them through their service visit with professionalism
• Using our POS system to provide accurate recommendations based on the vehicle’s make, model, and mileage
• Accurately finalizing transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Overseeing and supporting the execution of oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid exchanges, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Keeping the shop clean, organized, and safe

What You Bring

• A valid driver’s license
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset willingness to grow
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and use shop equipment
• English fluency, Bilingual in Spanish preferred
