What You'll Do
As a Guest Service Advisor , you’re the face of Lube X-press. You’ll lead our Best-in-Class Service , making sure every guest receives a fast, friendly, and honest experience while keeping their vehicle running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests and guiding them through their service visit with professionalism
- Using our POS system to provide accurate recommendations based on the vehicle’s make, model, and mileage
- Accurately finalizing transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Overseeing and supporting the execution of oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid exchanges, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Keeping the shop clean, organized, and safe

What You Bring
- A valid driver’s license
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset willingness to grow
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and use shop equipment
- English fluency, Bilingual in Spanish preferred
