About the Role GreyOrange is seeking a highly driven Manager, Projects to lead end-to-end delivery of complex customer implementations across global automation and robotics programs. This role sits at the center of customer success—owning execution from pre-sales through deployment and handover—while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer expectations. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and customer stakeholders to bring cutting-edge warehouse automation solutions to life. Key Responsibilities Understand customer requirements, operational goals, and project objectives Define implementation strategies based on geography, integrations, and delivery constraints Develop high-level project timelines and delivery roadmaps Partner with proposal and solution teams to estimate effort, costs, and service needs Project Planning Phase Ensure seamless transition from Sales to Delivery Analyze contracts to define scope, deliverables, and key milestones Establish project charter, communication plans, and governance cadence Lead gap analysis with customers and internal stakeholders Define success metrics (KPIs, timelines, budget) and establish baselines Ensure adherence to project processes, SOPs, and governance frameworks Project Delivery Phase Track progress against timelines, budgets, and milestone commitments Act as the primary communication bridge between customers and internal teams Ensure customer readiness (site, infrastructure, resources) for deployment Coordinate with supply chain teams for on-time hardware delivery Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution Manage issue tracking and escalation through JIRA and structured workflows Project Execution Phase Manage cross-functional resource planning and travel coordination Validate site readiness and oversee deployment activities Drive software readiness, integration, and testing across global teams Lead “war room” efforts for critical project phases Support UAT planning, execution, and KPI tracking during ramp-up Oversee NPD ticket closure and transition to Client Services Ensure complete documentation, customer sign-offs, and formal project closure via Confluence Qualifications & Requirements 8+ years of project/program management experience 5+ years in warehouse operations, automation, or distribution center commissioning Industry experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, automotive, or oil & gas PMP certification (PMI-PMP) mandatory Master’s degree or MBA in Operations/Project Management preferred Additional Requirements Willingness to travel up to 60% globally Ability to collaborate across time zones, including overlap with India-based teams #J-18808-Ljbffr GreyOrange
