Maintenance Technician I

HOME OF HOPE seeks a Maintenance Technician I to support safe, well-maintained residential facilities for homeless children and young mothers. In this entry-level role, you will perform routine preventive maintenance, basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC tasks, and respond to work orders to ensure a clean, functional, and secure campus. You will inspect buildings and equipment, assist with grounds upkeep, support room turnovers, and help with emergency repairs when needed. Working closely with compassionate, faith-centered staff, you will help maintain a nurturing environment where families can heal, grow, and move toward independence.
