Senior Network Analyst

Position Overview The Senior Network Analyst serves as the senior technical expert for Microsoft Windows system design, development, and management across all networks. The role focuses on server virtualization administration, baseline image maintenance, and automated software deployment using SCCM. Essential Requirements Active Top Secret (TS) clearance at the time of proposal submission and ability to obtain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access. U.S. citizen and subject to a government clearance investigation. Security+ certification and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification. VMware certification and experience, with advanced proficiency in VMware vSphere. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows server and desktop environments. Experience managing enterprise‑level baseline images and automated software deployment using SCCM. Strong communication skills; ability to interface with military officials, managers, and subordinates. Knowledge of the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), Army Intelligence, and Microsoft Office/SharePoint. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide senior‑level technical support for Windows Operating Systems and Servers, including Windows7, Windows Server2008R2, Active Directory, DNS, and Exchange or designated replacements. Build and maintain server and workstation baseline images for multiple security enclaves, including travel, stand‑alone networks, and single‑purpose devices. Serve as the senior technical expert for all VMware systems and servers on all networks, providing design, implementation, and maintenance for the virtualization infrastructure life cycle. Provide virtualization administration and maintenance for virtual environments and resolve complex problems for supported infrastructure in sandbox, deployment, or exercises. Build and maintain software sandbox and deployment packages using SCCM. Plan daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description, and supervisor’s instruction to maximize personal output. Aid in own self‑development by engaging in all training made available by the company. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in a technology‑related field and a minimum of eight (8) years of Microsoft Systems Administration experience, including 3–5 years of VMware vSphere Administration; OR a minimum of twelve (12) years of Microsoft Systems Administration experience, including 3–5 years of VMware vSphere Administration and possession of a CISSP certification. Physical Demands Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit, use hands for typing and operating computer controls, speak and hear, and occasionally stand, walk, or lift up to 25 pounds.
