Human Resources Manager

Role: Human Resources Manager responsible for developing and executing HR strategies to support Immix Biopharma's organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and training programs. The role also involves ensuring legal compliance, fostering employee engagement, and leading the HR team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of HR management experience, proven knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office. Professional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are highly desirable.
