The work is performed in a store, stockroom, warehouse, distribution center, production facility, or similar physical work environment, with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, coworkers, supervisors, drivers, or other onsite teams as applicable. What You’ll Do Follow pick lists or handheld-device instructions Locate and select correct products and quantities Stage completed picks for packing or shipment Report shortages, damage, or inventory discrepancies What helps you succeed: A strong entry-level candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet, able to communicate clearly with others, attentive to accuracy and safety, and willing to learn established procedures.
