Sr ICQA –
Adecco is currently seeking 1st shift Sr ICQA Specialists in Carlisle, PA.
The Sr ICQA Specialist is primarily responsible for the day-to-day coordination of business critical DC functions, research of key inventory issues, and train ICQA Specialist I and II and other associates as needed. The associate will be required to communicate with key individuals spanning from DC associates to Supply Chain Executives across all business units.  A Sr ICQA Specialist is expected to balance high volumes of inventory research issues within multiple internal Ross Systems (ex: RDM and RMS) and key functions critical to DC operations, including wave planning, inventory adjustments, and RTV processing.  Problem resolution, support for higher complexity issues, process improvement, reporting, and working through special projects throughout the DC and at off-site facilities are key responsibilities of this role
This is a temp to perm position. Candidates will interview and complete assessments to be considered. Growth opportunities within the company.

Loss Prevention -

Adecco is currently seeking Loss Prevention Associates in the Carlisle, PA area for 1st and 3rd shift.
The primary purpose of a Loss Prevention and Safety Associate, (LPA), is to protect the associates and assets of Ross.  The LPA should proactively strive to support a Safety-first Culture, by enforcing and maintaining the company’s established processes for facility safety and security and prevention of accidents and injuries. The LPA shall conduct safety audits and monitor for fire hazards. The LPA shall proactively identify and urgently resolve safety matters affecting associate safety.

The LPA must respond to Critical Incidents, assess the situation, and make First Responder decisions.  The LPA shall maintain post and monitor the assigned area of responsibility, conduct patrols, security audits, and utilize tools, technology, and processes for impacting shrink.  The LPA shall promote prevention through awareness and work to mitigate shrink by discovery, investigation, and resolution of theft.

Pay Details: $19.69 to $21.19 per hour
