Communications Technician II - Voice & UC Systems

Infojini Inc is looking for a Communications Technician II in Chicago, IL. The role requires monitoring and diagnosing communications networks, responding to customer inquiries, and documenting service tickets. Candidates should have an Associate's degree in electronics or a related field and at least three years of experience troubleshooting voice communications.
