Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Lake Elsinore, California

This full-time contract opportunity is perfect for an experienced and dedicated SLP with a passion for working in schools and supporting pediatric populations. You'll work collaboratively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective therapy plans that help students thrive. Desired Qualities and Background: Valid CA Speech-Language Pathology license required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) with strong potential also considered Demonstrated experience in a school-based or pediatric healthcare setting Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders Ability to work well as part of a team, as well as independently Excellent communication and organizational abilities Role Responsibilities: Provide direct therapy services to students to address a range of speech and language needs Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other staff Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on student progress and therapy outcomes Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support students communication goals within the classroom and beyond Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to interventions for students' academic and social success Look forward to a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as an employer-matching 401k retirement plan to help you plan your future.
