Work Schedule Enjoy a 9/80 work schedule with a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule of 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and every other Friday off — providing an excellent work-life balance.

Typing Certificate Required - Applicants must submit a valid Typing Proficiency Certificate demonstrating a minimum speed of 50 net words per minute. The certificate must be dated within two years of the filing deadline and submitted no later than Monday, August 31, 2026.

Under general supervision, provides a variety of routine to complex administrative support, which may include receptionist duties, typing, proofreading, record keeping, opening and distributing mail, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas and summaries, entering and retrieving information from computer databases, carrying out research and compiling reports that may require the use of arithmetical calculations, ordering supplies, processing invoices, and other duties as assigned. The complexity of assignments shall increase as the incumbent progresses from one level in the series to another.
