Sr. Construction Manager

CNDS is seeking an experienced Construction Manager, Civil Engineer to support the planning, design, and construction execution of a project to renovate the golf course and clubhouse at Joint Base Andrews (JBA). The positions will provide technical oversight, design review, and construction management support Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) located at JBA in the Project Management office during project development and execution. This role will support government project managers and provide technical expertise to ensure the project complies with Department of Defense (DoD) design standards, Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), and Air Force Civil Engineer requirements. Candidates must have experience supporting design and construction projects on DoD installations and be capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders including AFCEC, installation civil engineer staff, design teams, and construction contractors .
