Performance Marketing / Digital Advertising Analyst

You'll work with our performance marketing team to create paid digital ad campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, programmatic platforms, and more. You will work on all aspects of the campaigns, including keyword targeting, ad copy and creative, audience segmentation, bidding, and reporting. You'll also be involved in SEO strategy, on-page optimization, and organic content development.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Google Analytics and spreadsheets. You'll gather data from multiple data sources and present campaign results directly to clients regularly.

Experience "Must Have" List

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-5 years of digital analytics experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Enthusiasm for data and technology
