Northwest Medical Center is seeking a Cardiothoracic Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its ICU team in Tucson, Arizona. This is a hospital-employed opportunity within a large, busy multispecialty group, offering strong clinical support, competitive compensation, and the ability to work closely with complex cardiothoracic surgical patients in a high-acuity inpatient setting.

Position Highlights

• Hospital-employed Cardiothoracic ACNP or PA opportunity
• PRN consideration available
• 100% inpatient ICU-based role
• Must have ICU experience
• Responsible for assisting with ICU procedures
• Post-operative management of open-heart and lung surgery patients
• Review of pre-operative labs and imaging studies
• Discharge management for post-surgical patients
• Collaborative multispecialty ICU team environment
