Information Technology Project Coordinator

Information Technology Project Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented Cloud Project Coordinator to support the successful planning, implementation, and tracking of cloud-based projects. This role requires excellent organizational and multitasking skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with the Cloud Program Manager and project stakeholders to ensure that all project components are aligned, on schedule, and properly documented. Responsibilities: Assist with gathering, reviewing, and preparing project, team, and organizational deliverables. Support the development of key project management documentation, including budgets, schedules, and plans. Maintain and update project data using project management tools and other systems. Identify and help resolve issues that could impact project progress, including researching and recommending proactive solutions. Perform data quality checks and ensure accuracy across deliverables, reports, and testing outputs. Schedule and coordinate meetings, track key project metrics, and maintain comprehensive project records. Lead small-scale projects, system enhancements, or process improvement initiatives as needed. Facilitate clear communication between the project team and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and status. Manage and organize project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and project logs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in tools like MS Project and Azure DevOps for planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel or other data tools to create reports, track metrics, and analyze project performance. Familiarity with SharePoint, PowerPoint, and other tools to manage project documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Familiarity with cloud computing is a plus. Previous experience in project coordination or a similar role is preferred.
